Lubb Core and the AI Workforce

Every Lubb One site starts with two things: Lubb Core, the ERP core every app runs on, and the AI Workforce, the AI team built into it. Together they make up the Lubb Platform plan. Every other app is an add-on from the App Store.

Lubb Core

Lubb Core is our in-house, high-speed ERP core. It used to be called the Lubb Framework (and, briefly, the Lubb Business Framework).

• One core, every app. Accounting, CRM, billing, point of sale and every other Lubb One app is a package on Lubb Core. Each one brings its own screens, menus, jobs and dashboard, and all of them share one database, one sign-in and one set of customers. There is nothing to sync between them.
• Built to one pattern. Apps, grids, forms and fields all follow the same conventions, so our engineers and the AI Workforce can extend your system and ship changes safely.
• Hosted in South Africa. Lubb Core and your data run on our own network in Centurion, Gauteng, not on a rented slice of an overseas cloud.

The Dashboard is the Lubb Core app every user lands on after signing in.

The AI Workforce

The AI Workforce builds inside your system, not beside it. Describe what you want in plain language and it writes apps, edits the ones you have and works through routine jobs. Every change is tracked and reversible, and any change to your data waits in an approvals queue for a person to approve first.
