Getting Started

Lubb is a multi-tenant business platform combining accounting, CRM, telecom/IPTV billing, a storefront, hosting and domain management, AI agents, and more into a single system.

Signing in

Each tenant (site) has its own login at its own subdomain, e.g. https://<yoursite>.lubb.co.za. Your administrator provides your URL, email and password.

Finding your way around

The left-hand navigation groups every module by area — Accounting, CRM, Telecom, Storefront, Platform & Hosting, and so on. Use the search bar (press /) to jump straight to a topic.

Roles and access

What you see depends on your role. Common roles include:

• Admin — full access to every installed module.
• Sales — CRM, debtors, Google Business Profile, and management dashboards.
• Debt collector — limited to collections-related views.

If a module described here doesn't appear in your account, ask an administrator to grant access.
